Our Land

The Church of Our Saviour was built in 1885 by Elizabeth Wood Clement on the site of her grandfather’s homestead in Killington and given to the Episcopal Diocese of Vermont, along with the farmhouse and accompanying land and outbuildings. It is open daily for prayer.

Today, the congregation is working to build new partnerships with groups in the surrounding communities, as well as the Episcopal Church in Vermont, to make our physical and spiritual resources known and available to a wider audience.

The first three of a series of trails along the river and in the extensive woodlands behind the church are marked and available for for public use.
